Certified Executive Student of the Month – Yetnayet Ayalew Ali


Yetnayet Ayalew Al, An Ethiopia in Citizenship has more than 5 years’ experience in Project and gender Mainstreaming officer, pension payer and decision maker officer in different governmental offices. Her primary research interest are Gender issues, Human Rights, sociology, social work, and other related fields. Currently, she is pursuing her MA in Governance and Regional Integration at Pan-African University, Yaoundé, Cameroon.
          As a young African who aspires to be one of Africa’s finest Executives, she decided to pursure a Professional Executive Certificate (PEC) Program in Organizational Culture/Diversity with The Center for Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business Management Development (CELBMD) Africa – The Pan African Professional Center. 

Meet CELBMD Africa Certified Executive of the Month – Nigeria

Meet Adeyinka Abdulfatai TOMORI our Certified Executive of the month in his own words.
“During the early days of my professional life, I joined the Offa Metropolitan Polytechnic in the year 2013 where I first head the department of Accounting/Business Administration and served as Project Coordinator to the school before been recommended for the post of the school Registrar based on my qualifications and my meritorious services to the school. Currently I lectures at the department of Accounting and Business Administration, in addition to my lecturing activities at the degree sandwich programme of the school. My academic area of interest is microfinance/microcredit, poverty, ICT, HIV/AIDS, small and medium scale enterprises among others
I have authored and co-authored few academic papers and articles on national issues. I co-authored biography book ‘Bless to serve’ published by Bookcraft, Ibadan. I am an associate member of the Institute of Chattered Economist of Nigeria (ICEN) and Institute for Operation Research of Nigeria (INFORN). I have few awards to my credit. I am a recipient of award of excellent from Yobe state government of Nigeria during my National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). I am an alumna of African Leadership Forum (ALF), Democratic Leadership Training Institute (DLTI), Parliamentary Training Institute (NTI), and Young African Leadership Initiative Network (YALINETWORK) among others. I am a member of Nigerian Red Cross Society. I am also a member to many professional organizations and NGOs across the globe. I have participated in various volunteering activities within my community.
As part of my NGO activities, I founded Goodwill Foundation (NGO). I am also the lead researcher, writer and editor at Biohistocutural Center. In 2014, I and over 3milion Muslims faithful, performed holy pilgrimage to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I am a certified HIV/AIDS/Marriage counselor, teacher, writer, researcher, social commentator, analyst, film editor, ICT enthusiast, education advisor and lover of football and table tennis.
In my quest for more knowledge and skills to be a better executive I did a Professional Executive Certificate program in Organizational Culture/Diversity with The Center for Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business Managment Development (CELBMD) Africa – The Pan African Professional Center. This Certificate program has provided me with key relevant skills i need to function effectively as an Executive. He is married to a charming and beautiful Queen and blessed with children”

Juliet Amedzorneku

Juliet Amedzorneku is my name. My quest to achieve academic excellence earned me in getting admission into West End University College. Am currently a student pursuing Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) as a programme with specialization in Human Resource Management. I participated in the Eagles Summit Africa Lecture Series 2015, an International Leadership and Empowerment Conference. As a potential Human Resource Manager and leader, to be exceptional i need to acquire the needed skills that will make an Exceptional Executive. With this mindset i took a Professional Executive Certificate programe with The Center for Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business Management Development (CELBMD) Africa – The Pan African Professional Center.

Esther Boateng – Ghana

I am Esther Boateng, a student of University of Ghana- Legon. Offering Bachelors Degree( B.A) in Sociology and Adult Education. I am glad, I participated in a Professional Executive Certificate training program organized by The Center for Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business Management and Development (CELBMD) Africa – The Pan African Professional Center. Knowing how competitive the job market will be after my university i decided to be proactive in acquiring the necessary skills and tools will make more employable. Thanks to CELBMD Africa.

Salimatou Fatty is the Founder/CEO of Salimatou’s Foundation for Education. Salimatou Foundation for Education (SaFE) is a right to education civil society organization that promotes and advocates for the provision of free, safe, relevant and high quality education to all people in other to enable beneficiaries to contribute to the development of their society. She is also Global Youth Ambassador- A World At School, she also work as an Assistance Programmer Officer-Teaching Award Trust- The Gambia and Assistance Summer Camp Coordinator- Education For African Future. I had the privilege to take a Professional Executive Certificate program with The Center for Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business Management Development (CELBMD) Africa – The Pan African Professional Center. As a founder and an Executive i needed to Learn how to improve my public speaking skills and be able to communicate my passion and mission for my Country.

Pius Christiana O

My name is Pius Christiana O. I am a journalist and a change agent. I advocate for women empowerment. As a fast rising Journalist and an advocate for women empowerment acquiring communicative and public speaking skills was of vital importance. Taking a Professional Executive Certificate program in Public Speaking from The Center for Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business Management Development (CELBMD) Africa – The Pan African Professional Center gave me the needed skills i need to succeed as a change advocate and journalist.
  

Testimony – Terryann Mutindi from Kenya

Mutindi is the Public relations and communication officer at Ecotourism Kenya. I have Leadership and mentor-ship skills and I coordinator a mentor-ship program beside Events and Communication duties. I am very passionate on sustainable Tourism Practices and Enthusiast of current affairs being an International relations student at Egerton University. I spent my free time traveling, visiting children homes and reading. And Recently i acquired an Executive Certificate in Public Speaking from the prestigious The Center for Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business Management Development (CELBMD) Africa – The Pan African Professional Center on 100% Scholarship. The skills acquired changed my professional life as a communicator and PR Officer.

Ozemoya Precious Oshiozuwe’s Testimony

Ozemoya Precious Oshiozuwe is a humanitarian lady of integrity that upholds values and adds passion in her activities. She is often recognized for excellence in her tasks. Precious believes her accomplishments are possible because people have helped her, she always ensure she help others in their journey through life. Professional growth is paramount to me and i believe that to excel and be able to lead others i must acquire skills and knowledge. Taking an Executive Program with The Center for Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business Management Development (CELBMD) Africa – The Pan African Professional Center was an amazing experience.

Testimony from Merapelo Chimwe Onneile Nkoni – Botswana

My name is Merapelo Chimwe Onneile Nkoni. I am a female of 24years from Botswana. I work as a receptionist. One of the major roles as a receptionist is to welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries. I discovered i needed Solid communication skills both written and verbal. I got lucky and came across this unique Training/Development organisation The Center for Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business Management Development (CELBMD) Africa – The Pan African Professional Center which i took a Professional Executive Certificate (PEC) in Public Speaking and Business Communication. The skills/knowledge i acquired took my professional life to the next level.

MENYEN MBUH GLORY – Cameroon

MENYEN MBUH GLORY is a geologist/inspector of classified establishment working with the ministry of mines Cameroon,and a member/spokes person of a new NGO called; Young African Women in Leadership (YAWL). Also  have achieved certificates in Basic petroleum engineering,first aid, fire fighting, helicopter under water administrative writing and aside working on the field she is a descant soprano singer and an aspiring actress.
  Recently,acquired an Executive Certificate on Public Speaking from The Center for Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Business Management Development (CELBMD) Africa – The Pan African Professional Center. I have the passion to speak out against gender based violence among girl/women. Taking this Certificate program in public speaking has given me the needed skills
